Service Agreement & Terms of Use

Provided by Boss Lady Hailey Coaching LLC

By purchasing, enrolling in, or participating in The Business Mama INSIDER (“Program”), you (“Participant”) agree to the following Terms of Use and Service Agreement:

1. Coaching & Educational Services

The Business Mama INSIDER is a live coaching and educational program provided by Boss Lady Hailey Coaching LLC for informational, educational, and personal/business development purposes only. Individual results are not guaranteed and will vary based on each Participant’s effort, experience, implementation, and circumstances.

2. Payment Terms

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Boss Lady Hailey Coaching LLC. By submitting payment, Participant authorizes the selected payment method to be charged for the Program. This is a 6 month payment plan for 6 months of access. You are committed to complete all 6 payments.

3. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the Program, live coaching access, and immediate availability of materials and resources, no refunds, cancellations, credits, transfers, or chargebacks will be permitted under any circumstances, including failure to attend live sessions or complete the Program.

4. Intellectual Property

All Program content, including but not limited to videos, trainings, worksheets, templates, downloads, recordings, graphics, and written materials, are the exclusive property of Boss Lady Hailey Coaching LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, shared, distributed, republished, or resold without prior written consent.

5. Participant Conduct

Participants agree to maintain respectful and professional behavior within the Program and any related community spaces. Boss Lady Hailey Coaching LLC reserves the right to remove any Participant for disruptive, abusive, inappropriate, or harmful conduct without refund.

6. Disclaimer

Boss Lady Hailey Coaching LLC does not guarantee any specific financial, sales, business, or personal results from participation in the Program. The Program is intended for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, medical, financial, or psychological advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boss Lady Hailey Coaching LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to participation in the Program or use of any Program materials.

8. Agreement

By completing checkout, Participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use and Service Agreement.
