I’ll share my screen, show you behind the scenes, take notes for you as you work (or balance kids running around), and make sure you walk away with clarity and confidence on exactly what your next steps are moving forward. These calls are completely dedicated to YOU and your business.

Every month we have four live group coaching calls to get direct coaching from Hailey and connect with the group. Hey! I'm Hailey, and I am so excited that you're here.
I'm a stay at home mom of two beautiful and sassy girls, Camila (6) and Sofia (3), and a business coach specifically for mommy coaches.
I have built and run two different 6 and multi-6 figure coaching businesses (as a fitness coach and business coach) while being home full time with my family, nursing babies, going through pregnancies, surviving postpartum, chasing toddlers and homeschooling.
When I first started my business as a new mom, I was constantly frustrated with coaches teaching me strategies and a business model that just didn't work for my life as a mom (endless sales calls, cold DM 30 people a day, packing my schedule with 1:1 calls - no thank you).
I was determined to build a successful coaching business that I loved that supported the LIFE as a mom that I wanted too. So through building and scaling multiple businesses, lots of investments, and some tears (lol), I created a business model that ACTUALLY worked for my life as a mom.
Today, my whole business is dedicated to helping mommy coaches SCALE with strategies that work for their lives, so they can have the big business they feel called to while also being joyful and present at home
