When I started training I was 17 and working for a gym. I signed the top income out of all of the trainers, but after the gym took their cut I was making pennies.

For years I trained on the side while working another job to pay bills. I was tired and I struggled to go to my 9-5 because I just didn't want to be there. My PASSION was training and that's where I wanted to be.

So I took the leap. The scary leap of faith to go out and train full time. I busted my butt working working early and late hours, living in the gym, I marketed myself, I trained 1:1, built group programs..

I was making a full time income technically, but it was so inconsistent. Clients came and went, some months would be 6k and other would be 2k..

I was doing everything "right" but it wasn't working.

I saw the online coaching world and the potential it offered, but I felt like I didn't have the time to build an online business too or the income to invest in a coach.

I was stuck, but I didn't know what to do, so I stayed stuck.

Then I had my daughter. I had to take sick days, maternity leave, and then reality hit me: being a mom and the inconsistency of in person training wouldn't work.

The pain of staying the same became too much, so I took an even SCARIER leap of faith and I invested in a coach.

I put thousands on a credit card, absolutely terrified, but I was determined. I knew that I had the work ethic and potential it took to be successful, and I bet on myself.

Today, I am living a reality that doesn't feel real. My clients are thriving at higher levels than ever before, I'm home with my daughter every day while running a 6 figure business that I love.
